This instrument is controlled by computer, is my company independent research and development of new second generation dielectric breakdown testing instrument, the instrument is composed of digital integrated circuit and software control system consists of two parts, so that the pressure rate truly uniform and accurate, and can accurately measure the leakage current data. It can draw the test curve in real time, display the test data, judge accurately, and save, analyze and print the test data. The system can automatically judge the sample breakdown and collect the breakdown voltage data and leakage current, meanwhile, the voltage can be reduced rapidly at the instant of breakdown and auto zero.
